Charles “Chuck” Feitel, a native of Rockville, Maryland, credits his upbringing in a tight-knit community with strong family values as the bedrock of his character. Raised in a close-knit, small family where success was not just encouraged but expected, Chuck’s early life was marked by significant achievements in academics and athletics, including making the basketball and track teams and taking leadership roles in student government. He also had a solid commitment to his faith. These early experiences, underpinned by the entrepreneurial spirit of his father and grandfather, shaped his values and aspirations. 
Despite facing the significant obstacle of failing the bar exam, Chuck used this setback as a catalyst to reexamine and ultimately redefine his career goals. This resilience led to his proudest achievement: starting his own company and fostering a loving family. Charles believes in the power of perseverance, loyalty, and respect for those he loves and admires, values instilled in him from a young age.
Fortunately, in his late twenties, he met the love of his life, Sherry, who has proven to be a “rock” in the success of the business and family. Always offering encouragement and carrying a positive outlook, she has shaped Charles’s life in many ways.
His core values of hard work, family care, and integrity have been the guiding principles of his life. Charles lives by the motto “Never give up, always be moving forward, always be learning,” which shows in his daily regimen of exercise, work, and continuous self-improvement.
